Cavalli Club Dubai
Opened in May 2009, Italian Designer Roberto Cavalli opened the Cavalli Club in Dubai. Located in Fairmont Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in the dynamic core of the city, the two-floor and 2500 square meter restaurant-bar-boutique is best described as the place where fashion and dining meet to form a new lifestyle club in the Middle East.
Ground floor: A boutique showcasing jewelry, watches and the most exclusive accessories from Cavalli Maison. Also on offer is a selection of refined food products to express the best of “Made in Italy.”
Top floor: An elegant Italian restaurant at the center of the hall, with six meter high Swarovski crystal curtains that swoop down as luxurious dividing lines between dining tables to the Cavalli Vodka bottles proudly displayed behind the circular bars.
Suspended from the floor on either side hang two ‘atolls?, one in gold-coloured glass and the other in black quartz. One atoll hosts a wine bar offering a various selection of beverages including the prestigious Cavalli Selection red wine. The other atoll hosts a sushi restaurant offering a relaxed dining atmosphere with low tables and reclined chairs.
Parallel to the restaurant is the lounge bar offering exotic light food. In this area, guests can dance along to the hypnotic rhythms mixed by the best international DJs on a suspended platform.
