The process is following:
 
In the first step Applicant must deliver these documents:
  • Contact at your future employer
  • CV in English
  • Color Photocopy of the passport
  • Deposit payment
 
The Agent will prepare an application for Department of Labor (DOL) and Power of Attorney (POA) that will be sent to you to sign front of the Notary + (Apostille or Embassy) in your home country. You will be required to send the next documents:
  • 2x Application for DOL (prepared by Agent)
  • Power of attorney to empower Agent for communication with DOL and Foreign Police (prepared by Agent)
  • Sworn copy of education diploma in English (Agent will provide translation into Slovak Language)
  • Statement from criminal record of home country (Apostilled or embassy) Agent will provide sworn translation into Slovak language.
  • Sworn copy of birtday certificate (apostilled or embassy) Agent will provide sworn translation into Slovak language.
All document must be no older then 90 days!
All these documents must be sent by courier to our postal address. The Agent will submit the documents to the DOL, which must respond to application within 30 days.
 
 
Once the Agent grants the work permit from DOL, Agent will send the folowing documents to Applicant by courier:
  • Work permit
  • Translations of birthday certificates and Criminal record from home country
  • Confirmation of accomodation
 
Finally, the Applicant can apply at the embassy for Temporary residence for employment purpose. 
To apply for a temporary residence permit you need following documents:
  • Work permit
  • Extract from the Criminal record of Slovakia (apply at the Slovak embassy)
  • Translated birthday certificate
  • Extract from the Criminal record of home country (by APOSTILLE) translated.
  • Confirmation of accommodation (Property certificate + notary authorized rent contract) , organized by Agent
  • Passport
  • Color photo 3x3,5 cm
  • The application fee, (165.50 EUR), paid at the Embassy of the SR
  • Application for Temporary residence for employment
 
All document must be no older then 90 days!
