• The customer can take part in the second closer interview, directly interfere the selection and make choice of the most suitable applicant for a certain position.
• Conclusion of the Contract of Employment with a selected candidate, payment of the invoice for mediation service

In case that the allocated worker during the guarantee period fails to fulfill required skills, PERSONNEL AGENCY  will replace him by another most suitable applicant for free.
